This Privacy Policy describes how Silver Screen Scheduler (“we”, “our”, “the Service”), available at https://silverscreenscheduler.com, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Facebook page scheduling tool.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — username and login credentials you create to access the Service.
• Facebook data — when you connect Facebook, we receive information you authorize through Meta, such as your Facebook user ID, the list of Facebook Pages you manage, Page names, Page IDs, and Page access tokens required to publish on your behalf.
• Content you provide — images, captions, and scheduling settings you upload or configure for posting to your Facebook Pages.
• Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above solely to:

• Authenticate you and provide access to the Service.
• Connect and manage your Facebook Pages.
• Store and schedule posts you choose to publish.
• Publish scheduled content to your Facebook Pages at the times you set.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Facebook Platform

Our Service uses the Facebook Graph API. Your use of Facebook login and Page connection is also subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy and Platform Terms. We only request permissions needed to list your Pages and publish posts you schedule.

4. Data storage and retention

• Account and scheduling data are stored on our hosting server in a private database.
• Images you upload are stored on our server until you delete them or they are published.
• Successfully published posts are removed from the local scheduling queue.
• Facebook Page tokens are stored securely and used only to publish on your connected Pages.
• You may disconnect a Page or delete scheduled content at any time through the Service.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Meta / Facebook — to publish content you schedule to your Pages.
• Hosting provider — to operate the Service infrastructure.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS, access controls, and restricted server directories. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your account information.
• Disconnect Facebook Pages and revoke our access via Facebook Settings.
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us.

To revoke Facebook access: Facebook → Settings → Business integrations / Apps and websites, remove Silver Screen Scheduler.

8. Data deletion

To request deletion of your account data, email support@silverscreenscheduler.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
